Schnell Industries Inc. is currently seeking a highly organized and communicative Sales Support & Service Coordinator to join our team. This is a full-time, permanent role that plays a vital part in keeping operations flowing smoothly between departments, including Sales, Service, Parts, Shipping, and Accounting.
You’ll be responsible for supporting both equipment sales and post-sale service processes, helping to ensure an excellent customer experience. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment, has a strong attention to detail, and enjoys keeping multiple teams aligned.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Customer Support
- Follow up with customers after Transloader and Sweep-All sales
- Planter Hitch sales and customer communication
- Generate new sales leads using LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Coordinate meetings and timelines across Sales, Production, Drafting, Shipping, and Accounting
- Book travel arrangements for sales reps and assist with logistics
Parts & Service
- Assist with incoming parts and service inquiries (calls and emails), as needed
- Track warranty issues and claims related to damaged shipments
- Support coordination and scheduling of service-related projects
Shipping & Inventory
- Share shipping instructions and tracking details with customers
- Track and order inventory for Transloaders, Sweep-All, and Planter Hitches
- Maintain item records, pricing, and serial numbers in CRM and ERP systems
- Update Sweep-All checklists and flag units as ready for sale
Admin & Finance
- Generate invoices and process electronic payments
- Track, organize, and categorize sales team travel expenses
Media Support
- Coordinate video shoots with the media team
- Assist with equipment setup and cleanup during content creation sessions
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage priorities
- Clear and professional communication skills, with comfort working across departments
- Tech-savvy and adaptable; experience with (or willingness to learn) LinkedIn, Trello, Zoho CRM, GeniusERP, and AI tools, Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 / Google Suite required
- Detail-oriented with a hands-on, proactive attitude and a problem-solving mindset
- Excellent business English, both verbal and written, required
- Strong interpersonal skills with a professional, empathetic, and customer-first mindset.
- Highly organized and reliable, with strong follow-up and time management skills.
- Ability to remain calm and positive while managing challenging situations and customer concerns.
Considered an asset:
- Experience using ERP systems
- Ability to operate equipment (e.g., tractors, sweepers) for filming
