Transloader Sales Representative
Location: Schnell Industries Inc., Winkler, MB, Canada
In Office position only, Must be willing to work in-office at our Winkler, MB location.

Role Overview:
We are looking for a highly motivated in-house sales representative to drive Transloader sales. The ideal candidate is goal-driven, results-oriented, and eager to win. This role requires strong communication skills, a proactive approach to sales, and the ability to build long-term customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Daily Tasks:
- Respond to all assigned leads promptly.
- Make follow-up calls and send emails to potential and existing customers.
- Create quotes and set up video calls with leads.
- Maintain strong customer relationships by following up with past buyers for referrals and support.
- Accurately manage the Zoho CRM pipeline.
Sales & Performance Goals:
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
- Take ownership of every lead and ensure no opportunity is left unattended.
Prospecting & Lead Generation:
- Actively seek new customers via LinkedIn, lead lists, and industry contacts.
- Conduct cold calls to generate new business.
Learning & Development:
- Dedicate time each day to personal and professional growth.
- Participate in team discussions and continuous learning activities.
Customer Visits:
- Plan visits to new/existing customers and trade shows.
- Collaborate with the team to organize flights, hotels, and trip agendas.
What We’re Looking For:
Skills & Experience:
- Proven sales experience, preferably in industrial equipment or manufacturing sales.
- Strong phone presence and the ability to close deals via phone and video calls.
- Ability to build accurate quotes tailored to customer needs.
- Tech-savvy, and comfortable with video conferencing and CRM software.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to provide customer solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
