Transloader Sales Representative

Location: Schnell Industries Inc., Winkler, MB, Canada

In Office position only, Must be willing to work in-office at our Winkler, MB location.

Role Overview:

We are looking for a highly motivated in-house sales representative to drive Transloader sales. The ideal candidate is goal-driven, results-oriented, and eager to win. This role requires strong communication skills, a proactive approach to sales, and the ability to build long-term customer relationships.


Key Responsibilities:

Daily Tasks:

  • Respond to all assigned leads promptly.
  • Make follow-up calls and send emails to potential and existing customers.
  • Create quotes and set up video calls with leads.
  • Maintain strong customer relationships by following up with past buyers for referrals and support.
  • Accurately manage the Zoho CRM pipeline.

Sales & Performance Goals:

  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
  • Take ownership of every lead and ensure no opportunity is left unattended.

Prospecting & Lead Generation:

  • Actively seek new customers via LinkedIn, lead lists, and industry contacts.
  • Conduct cold calls to generate new business.

Learning & Development:

  • Dedicate time each day to personal and professional growth.
  • Participate in team discussions and continuous learning activities.

Customer Visits:

  • Plan visits to new/existing customers and trade shows.
  • Collaborate with the team to organize flights, hotels, and trip agendas.

What We’re Looking For:

Skills & Experience:

  • Proven sales experience, preferably in industrial equipment or manufacturing sales.
  • Strong phone presence and the ability to close deals via phone and video calls.
  • Ability to build accurate quotes tailored to customer needs.
  • Tech-savvy, and comfortable with video conferencing and CRM software.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to provide customer solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
