SCHNELL Industries Inc. is looking for a skilled Powder Coating Painter with strong, quality work ethic to join our manufacturing team. This role involves applying powder coating finishes to parts, maintaining painting equipment, and ensuring quality standards are met. The ideal candidate is a motivated individual, detail-oriented, hardworking and eager to contribute to a collaborative solutions-oriented work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Read and understand work orders, interpret blueprints, and drawings.
• Prepare and paint parts to required specifications; able to follow instructions.
• Set up, maintain, and clean painting equipment
• Ensure proper color changes and maintain paint booth cleanliness.
• Inspect painted parts for quality and correct any imperfections.
• Follow company safety protocols and report any concerns.
• Assist in other areas of the shop when needed.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Knowledge of paint processes, blasting finishes, and coating standards.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently or in a team.
• Comfortable using electronic devices for job-related tasks.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, push/pull carts, and stand for extended periods.
• Positive and respectful attitude with a willingness to learn and grow, growth mindset.
• Must have good verbal and written English communication skills

Senior Design/Drafter

Position Summary:
As a Drafter or Senior Design Drafter, you will collaborate with our design team to create detailed and accurate technical drawings for our manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate will be respectful and trustworthy, able to take initiative and be self-motivated, eager to learn, and capable of working independently while contributing to a positive, fast-paced work environment. This is a full-time, in-office, permanent position available immediately.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create Technical Drawings: Develop accurate and detailed technical drawings and blueprints for manufacturing processes, including equipment, components, and assembly instructions. Ensure that all technical drawings and schematics are clear, high-quality, and meet industry standards.
- Generate Bills of Materials (BOMs): Prepare and maintain detailed lists of materials, parts, and components required for production based on designs.
- Model Equipment Designs: Use CAD software (such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, etc.) to create 3D models and prototypes of equipment and products.
- Update Existing Drawings: Revise and update existing drawings and models to reflect design changes, improvements, or modifications.
- Collaborate with R&D and Drafting Team: Work closely with engineers, designers, and other team members to ensure accuracy and feasibility of designs.
- Ensure Compliance with Industry Standards: Ensure all designs meet safety, regulatory, and industry standards, including quality assurance guidelines.
- Prepare Production Documents: Develop detailed production drawings that are clear, concise, and ready for use in the manufacturing process.
- Support the Manufacturing Process: Assist production teams by providing accurate drawings, specifications, and clarification of design details during the manufacturing phase.
- Review and Resolve Design Issues: Address any design issues or discrepancies that arise during the review or manufacturing process, proposing appropriate solutions.
- Maintain Design Documentation: Organize and manage design documentation to ensure it is up-to-date and easily accessible for reference or revisions.
- Participate in Design Reviews: Attend design review meetings to present work, suggest improvements, and incorporate feedback from team members or clients, and update existing drawings and models accordingly.
- Assist in Product Development: Support the development and refinement of new products and prototypes, ensuring all technical drawings align with product requirements.
Experience:
- Must have a minimum of 2 years of proven experience in Drafting, with a minimum of 2 years of that experience in the Manufacturing Industry, with good knowledge of manufacturing processes
- Hands-on experience with CAD software/SolidWorks
- Familiarity with hydraulic and electrical schematics for machinery or equipment is highly desirable.
- Skills:
- Excellent professional and technical English writing and editing skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to understand complex technical concepts.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.). and Google Suite
- Ability to communicate complex technical information clearly and effectively.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Additional Attributes:
- Strong problem-solving abilities and critical thinking.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as part of a collaborative team. Must be willing and able to work in person at our Winkler offices to facilitate full team collaboration.
- Self-motivated with a passion for technical documentation and innovation.

Role Overview:
We are looking for a highly motivated in-house sales representative to drive Transloader sales. The ideal candidate is goal-driven, results-oriented, and eager to win. This role requires strong communication skills, a proactive approach to sales, and the ability to build long-term customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Daily Tasks:
- Respond to all assigned leads promptly.
- Make follow-up calls and send emails to potential and existing customers.
- Create quotes and set up video calls with leads.
- Maintain strong customer relationships by following up with past buyers for referrals and support.
- Accurately manage the Zoho CRM pipeline.
Sales & Performance Goals:
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
- Take ownership of every lead and ensure no opportunity is left unattended.
Prospecting & Lead Generation:
- Actively seek new customers via LinkedIn, lead lists, and industry contacts.
- Conduct cold calls to generate new business.
Learning & Development:

Customer Visits:
