Schnell Industries Inc. is currently seeking a highly organized and communicative Marketing & Growth Coordinator to join our team. This is a full-time, permanent role that plays a vital part in driving sales and overall success for our company, connecting the Marketing and Sales departments and responding to live market trends.
The Marketing Operations & Growth Coordinator is responsible for owning and executing core marketing systems and campaigns, and coordinating across email marketing, CRM, website management, SEO, PPC, and events. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented marketer who enjoys turning strategy into action, managing systems, and continuously optimizing performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Email Marketing & CRM (ZOHO)
- Own Zoho Email Marketing, including segmentation, campaign execution, automations, and reporting
- Optimize email campaigns based on performance data and engagement metrics
- Maintain clean data practices and support CRM-driven marketing initiatives
Website & Digital Asset Management
- Ensure company websites are accurate, current, and conversion-focused
- Update and maintain brochures, manuals, product content, and dealer listings
- Coordinate WordPress updates, audits, and ongoing improvements
SEO, Blog & Content Execution
- Execute keyword strategies across all product lines
- Write and update product pages, blogs, landing pages, and FAQs
- Monitor SEO performance and recommend ongoing improvements
PPC & Advertising Performance
- Analyze paid advertising performance across Google and social platforms
- Work with third-party vendors to optimize ad spend, targeting, and messaging
Coordinate with creative resources to supply ad-ready assets
Tradeshow & Campaign Project Management
- Coordinate and prepare all marketing materials for tradeshows and events
- Ensure post-event follow-up systems and campaign execution are completed
- Support campaign timelines, deliverables, and performance tracking
Product Messaging & Market Insight
- Maintain standardized product terminology and messaging across platforms
- Support go-to-market execution by product line and industry
- Conduct market and competitor research to inform positioning and campaigns
Design & Creative Support
- Create mock-ups for decals, merchandise, banners, signage, and tradeshow assets
- Prepare designs for print-ready production
- Understand (but not replace) video editing and advanced graphics workflows to support coordination
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong planning, organization, and project management abilities, systems thinker who enjoys building scalable processes
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities, strong follow-through, and accountability
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in business English
- Comfortable working independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams, with the ability to turn strategy into execution with minimal supervision
- Proficient with email marketing platforms, CRM systems, and marketing analytics
- Working knowledge of WordPress, SEO fundamentals, and digital advertising platforms
- Strong computer skills with the ability and desire to learn new software and systems
- Growth mindset with a focus on long-term results and continuous improvement
- Calm, solutions-oriented, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
- Customer- and market-focused mindset
Considered an asset:
- Experience in the use of ERP systems
- Ability to operate equipment (e.g., tractors, sweepers) for filming
