Reports to: Welding Department Manager

Structure: Permanent, Full-Time and Seasonal Part-Time Evening

Due to continued growth, Schnell Industries Inc. is looking for experienced welders to join our production team. We are currently seeking welders for both full-time permanent daytime positions and flexible part-time seasonal evening positions.
The successful candidates will be dependable, safety-conscious, quality-focused, and comfortable working in a hands-on manufacturing environment.

Full-Time Permanent Welder

  • Full-time, permanent daytime position

Flexible Part-Time Seasonal Welder

We are also looking for experienced welders interested in part-time seasonal evening work.
We understand that flexibility can be important. For the right candidate, the evening shift schedule can be discussed and established with flexibility, including:

  • Start and end times
  • Number of hours worked per evening
  • Length of the seasonal employment period
  • Overall availability and schedule

This position may be well suited to someone looking for seasonal work, additional hours, or a flexible evening schedule.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Previous welding experience
  • Ability to produce quality welds and maintain consistent workmanship
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Ability to work safely and follow established procedures
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Dependable, motivated, and willing to learn
  • Ability to perform physical work and stand for extended periods

Workplace & Safety

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
  • Follow all company health and safety requirements
  • Properly use required PPE, tools, and equipment
  • Report safety concerns, equipment issues, or quality concerns promptly
